Congress MLA Sukhpal Khaira from Bhulath has received a big blow from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. According to the information received, Sukhpal Khaira has filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court and demanded the cancellation of the FIR registered in Subhanpur. According to the information received, Justice Vikas Bahl has refused to hear the petition due to personal reasons. The petition has been referred to another bench. An FIR was registered against Khaira on January 4.
Khaira has said in the petition that this FIR registered against him has been registered completely under political rancor and this FIR has been registered without any solid basis. Therefore, it is demanded to cancel this FIR. Now another bench of the High Court will hear this petition.
It is noteworthy that an FIR has been registered under section 195-A and 506 IPC on the complaint of woman Ranjit Kaur resident of Dogranwal in Subhanpur on January 4.
