It was also found that patients were admitted to the hospital for a longer period of time even when it was not required.

It has been said in the official statement that where patients of common diseases were also found admitted in the hospital. At the same time, the hospital also treated several other patients on the card of one patient to take undue financial advantage of the scheme. It said that patients were asked to pay for medical consumables and tests, whereas these were essentially to be provided free of cost by the hospital.
