ASI caught red-handed taking bribe

ASI and Head Constable of Chandigarh Police have been caught red-handed on the charge of taking bribe. ASI Ravinder Rana and Head Constable Randeep Singh posted in Chandigarh’s Sector 11 police station have been arrested red-handed by the CBI for accepting bribes. CBI has registered a case against both the accused.

According to the information received, the two policemen demanded a bribe of 50 thousand rupees from a person living in Dhanas in the name of providing relief in a case from the complainant. The victim lodged a complaint in this regard with the CBI. After which CBI laid a trap and caught him red-handed while taking bribe.
