The accused has cheated people of Rs 35 crore so far. The accused has been identified as Sarabjit Singh (28 years), a resident of Amritsar. Two other persons arrested along with him have been identified as Rahul (35 years) resident of Bilaspur, Himachal (Himachal) and born as Ravi Mishra (27 years) resident of Chapra, Bihar.

During the interrogation of the accused Punjab Police (Punjab Police) It came to know that the accused used to take money in the name of sending people abroad. They used to give them fake PR certificates. In this, the accused Rahul used to prepare this fake document. The accused had an office in Sector 82 and Derabassi in Mohali. He has installed furniture worth 70 lakh rupees in his office.

The accused used to come with a security guard

The police investigation has also revealed that the accused used to drive with escort vehicles. He also had security personnel with him. He used to trap people with these security personnel and his status. He was horrified when someone asked for his money back.

50 lakh cash recovered

The police have recovered cash worth Rs 50 lakh 40 thousand from the accused at the time of arrest. Apart from this, 99 grams of gold, 45 bore pistol, 315 bore rifle, two fake ID cards of inspector rank of Punjab Police, Haryana (Haryana) Fake ID cards of Home Secretary, 5 fake driving licenses have been recovered. 40 fake visa stickers and 5 assembly stickers have been seized.

The police have also recovered two Fortuner vehicles, two Endeavour, one Christa and one Swift vehicle from the accused. Police commando uniform, Haryana Chief Secretary’s flag, red and blue police jackets along with the flag of the pilot vehicle have also been recovered from these vehicles.
