Sandeep Singh Nangal Ambia’s Murder Case: In the case of international Kabaddi player Sandeep Singh Nangal Ambia’s murder in Punjab, the case of beating of Harinder Singh Fauzi in Kapurthala jail has come to light. Additional Sessions Judge KK Jain’s court has ordered a probe into the attack. At the same time, the Kapurthala jail administration has been asked to produce the CCTV recording in the court.

In this regard, advocate Mandeep Sengar had filed a petition in the court and revealed that on July 31, around 12 o’clock in the night, some persons in police uniform came to Kapurthala jail. There they went to the barrack in which Harinder Singh Fauzi was confined. In the barracks, these men severely beat Harinder Singh Fauzi. Then left there.

The lawyer said in his application that the men in police uniform asked Harinder Singh Fauzi, “Are you a soldier?” And as the soldier nodded in response, he was beaten. The lawyer has appealed to the court to register a case against the accused in this case. The entire matter should be investigated. His client should be protected in jail.
