All Yamaha bikes to be E-20 fuel compatible by the end of this year

Yamaha E-20 Fuel: Japan’s leading two-wheeler company Yamaha will run all its motorcycles in India on E-20 fuel by the end of this year. The company has given this information. Also, the company has also announced that all motorcycles in the country from 149cc to 155cc will come with Traction Control System (TCS) as a standard feature.

The company currently offers TCS facility in R15M and R15V4 and now it will be available in FZS-FI V4 Deluxe, FZ-X and MT-15V2. The company said that the bikes to be introduced in 2023 will be equipped with on-board diagnostic (OBD-II) system, which is mandatory under the emission norms starting April 1 this year. E-20 fuel contains 20 percent ethanol along with gasoline. (with language input)
