After this, the file of President’s approval will return from LG to CM and then there will be an official announcement of accepting the resignation.

Similarly, when the posts of two ministers in the Delhi cabinet become vacant, then a notification will be taken out from the LG office to fill these posts, then the Delhi CM will send the new names for the ministerial posts to the LG. After this, he will send the file of appointment of new ministers to the President through the Ministry of Home Affairs. New ministers will be appointed after getting permission from there.
