Arvind Kejriwal after Amritpal’s arrest: Aam Aadmi Party national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said that the government is committed to ensure peace and security in Punjab.

After Amritpal’s arrest, Kejriwal wrote in a tweet – We are committed to peace and security in Punjab. We are also ready to take tough decisions for this. He lauded Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for completing the “mission” with maturity and courage and thanked the people of the state for maintaining peace and supporting the government.

Kejriwal also thanked the people of Punjab for maintaining peace and supporting the Punjab government throughout the operation and said that the safety of the people of Punjab and the establishment of peace and brotherhood in Punjab is our priority. No one will be allowed to disturb the peace of Punjab.

The Punjab Police has imposed strict National Security Act (NSA) against him.
