Uttar Pradesh: Two days after treatment in Kidwai Nagar of Kanpur, a case of parrot’s death has come to light which has reached the police station. The parrot’s owner has accused the doctor of negligence in treatment. Shamshad Ahmed, a resident of Juhi, told that on Sunday (March 12) a parrot came to his terrace, whose hair was falling. He took him to Dr. Ashwini Singh’s clinic at Kidwainagar at 12 noon for treatment. Where the doctor gave the medicine. The parrot died after consuming the medicine.

Shamshad Ahmed told that the doctor kept the parrot trembling due to cold in front of the blower for about one and a half hours. Because of which all the water in the parrot’s body dried up and due to the wrong medicine, he died on March 15 at 10 pm. After which he called the police control room at 11:30 pm and complained. After this, he has given a complaint against the doctor in Kidwai Nagar police station. However, the policemen told the matter of Hanumant Vihar police station area and advised them to complain there.

The doctor explained

Veterinarian Dr. Ashwini Singh says that at the time the parrot was brought to him, he was a victim of hypothermia. He was doused with phenyl before being brought to the clinic. Due to this his condition was deteriorating. After half an hour of treatment, he sat on top of the cage and left with the young man. Whose CCTV footage is also present. It is wrong to allege negligence on death after two days.
