Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami has strongly condemned the desecration of the cases of two Sikh brothers in District Nankana Sahib of Pakistan. Advocate Dhami said that there have been several attacks on Sikhs in Pakistan in the past, but no proper action is taken by the police against the accused.
He said that even in the latest case, no accused has been arrested by the police, but pressure is being put on the Sikhs. Advocate Dhami demanded the government of Pakistan to take immediate action against the accused in view of the seriousness of the case. He also appealed to the Government of India to ensure the safety of the Sikhs by negotiating with the Government of Pakistan at the diplomatic level.
