A 19-year-old youth named Tejbahadar Singh, a resident of Chhajjumajra Colony of Kharar, has committed suicide by hanging himself last night. Before taking this step, he has accused 2 police accused of harassing him by making a video viral.

Outside the city police station today, the deceased’s father Sharanjit Singh told reporters that he was driving his friend’s motorcycle which was stopped by the police. After this, the RCV of this motorcycle was shown to the police by his friend’s uncle, but the deceased was being pressured by 2 policemen. More serious allegations have been made by him.

He said that in the night the deceased ate bread on time and then he ended his life by hanging himself. He was the only brother of 2 sisters and worked as an electrician. He said that before taking this step, the video recorded by him has been handed over to the police. They demanded that action should be taken against these police personnel, who were upset that the deceased had taken this step. He said that he will cremate the deceased only after taking action against the police personnel.

Meanwhile, Daulat Singh, the investigating officer of this case, said that the matter is being investigated by the police, whatever facts come out in the investigation, appropriate action will be taken.
