A terrible fire broke out in a four-storey building in Delhi, 6 people died

Six people died after a fire broke out in a four-storey building in Delhi's Pitampura. A fire broke out in the first floor of the building at around 8 o'clock on Thursday night, after which 8 vehicles of the fire brigade reached the spot.

After a lot of trouble, the fire brigade officials controlled the fire and pulled out 6 people, but all died in the hospital. After the incident, DCP Jitendra Meena said that the cause of the fire has not yet been revealed but it is likely that the accident happened due to a short circuit.

The deceased include 4 women and 2 men from different families. All of them were above 25 years of age and were living in a rented house. The fire broke out on the first floor and its smoke reached the third floor. According to media reports, the building is in the name of steel businessman Subhash Gupta and he was not present there at the time of the incident.
