According to the information, the victim is a student of class 7, with whom 5 minor students of the school gang-raped her. One of the accused studies in the same class of the victim.
It is alleged that after the school holiday, the said students gang-raped the victim in the bushes. The victim went home and told the whole story to her mother. The victim was being blackmailed by a student living in her neighborhood for a long time. On his request, the victim had stolen money from a shop. After this, the student started blackmailing him about this theft.
The victim said that the said student along with his colleagues was constantly blackmailing her and she was afraid that he might not tell her family about the theft. At present, on the complaint of the child helpline, the police have registered a case against the students who gang-raped the victim.
