I am working in Gagandeep Kaur SVR Guarantee Government Primary School Sekhowal from 22-02-2014. I have been a raw employee for many years. Due to the wrong policies of the government, raw employees have to be victims of exploitation, many raw teachers have lost their lives. The government of the day does nothing about this people-killing policy. Due to this, today she has become a victim of mental stress, she teaches children with hard work in school. But the staff is bothering them.
I have been doing adjustments since last 10 years. Mental and physical abuse has been going on for the past several months. It is said to make adjustments in pre-primary class as well as in other classes. HT Manjeet Kaur, Rajkumar and BPO Madam Indu Sood are being forced to leave their jobs after the end of pre-primary class to deliberately disturb her. There is a threat that you will be transferred to a distant place. You will leave the job yourself. Manjeet Kaur has also threatened to fire her from her job, stating her close relationship with the BPO. I am unable to teach more classes because I am physically and mentally ill.
