Punjab Police along with central agencies have arrested 3 accomplices of terrorist Harvinder Rinda during a joint operation against gangsters. He used to work with Haryana gangster Sonu Khatri. All three are gangster shooters. The arrested gangsters have been identified as Jaskaran Singh alias Jassi Lodhipur, Jograj Singh alias Joga Fuldiwal and Sukhman Singh alias Sukhman Brar.

After the arrest of the three gangsters, Punjab Police DGP Gaurav Yadav tweeted that the three have been arrested by the Anti-Gangster Terrorist Force of the Punjab Police with the help of central agencies. One of them has been arrested from the Nepal border, while two have been arrested from Gurugram in Haryana. Foreign pistols have been recovered from the three.

Serious allegations on all three gangsters

Punjab Police DGP Gaurav Yadav said that the three arrested gangsters were involved in many serious crimes. He was the person who carried out the broad daylight shooting at Metro Plaza in Zirakpur, Lohgarh on July 21, 2023, they said. In this, two youths, Inderjit Singh and Satinder Singh, were injured. One youth was shot in the thigh, while the other was hit by two bullets.

Police have recovered four empty bullet casings from the spot. The CCTV video of the incident has also come out. He said that the three gangsters, who were accomplices of terrorist Rinda, have 5 murder and 7 attempted murder cases registered against them. He said that there are many other serious cases registered against him.

Asylum in Nepal

Three arrested associates of terrorist Harinder Singh Rinda used to work for gangster Sonu Khatri. They used to carry out the incidents at their behest. DGP Gaurav Yadav said that the preliminary investigation has revealed that the arrested accused used to carry out sensational incidents in Punjab on the instructions of Sonu Khatri and after carrying out the incidents, they took shelter in different parts of the country and Nepal.
