Youth died of drug overdose

A youth died due to drug overdose at Divya Colony in Ludhiana. People in the vicinity saw the dead body and informed the police. After which the police personnel of Chowki Mundia reached the spot. The deceased has been identified as Major Singh (40). The police also found a drug injection near his body.

The police have taken the body into possession and kept it in the mortuary of the civil hospital. After the post-mortem, the body will be handed over to the heirs. Rinku, a resident of Divya Colony, said that the condition of this colony is very bad. White is selling wildly here. People are afraid to raise voice against drug traffickers. Every day some youth is losing his life due to drugs.
