To relieve shoulder pain, you stand on the mat. Now leave both the hands completely loose and swing them back and forth. You can practice like this for 1 to 2 minutes. This will relax the muscles of the hands and shoulders.

second exercise
As a second practice, you can practice Tadasana. While standing on the mat, raise both the hands and pull the whole body upwards. Do this till you count till 10.

third exercise
While standing on the mat, inhale and spread both the hands straight like wings and while exhaling, bring both the hands down to the Thai. Keep repeating this till the count of 10.

fourth exercise
Now stand straight and join both hands in front. Now take a deep breath and stretch both the hands backwards as much as possible. Then stand by joining both the hands in front of you.
