The survey states that 21% of Indians are only able to get less than 4 hours of good sleep at night. Compared to last year, this time the number of people getting less than 6 hours of sleep has increased by 10 percent. At the same time, there is also a worrying figure that only 2% of people are able to get 8 to 10 hours of good quality sleep at night. The percentage of people who get 6 to 8 hours of sleep is 43. While the number of people who get 4 to 6 hours of sleep is only 34%.

Out of 309 districts of the country, 39 thousand people have been included in the survey. In which the number of men who answered is 64% and the number of women is 39%. Of these, 43% were from Tier 1 districts while 35% were from Tier 2 districts. While 22% people were included from Tier 3 and Tier 4 districts.
