Fifth exercise – Now bend both the hands from the elbows and point towards the sky. Now move the hand up and down for one minute. Within a week your hands will start getting toned. Gradually, according to your ability, increase the time of exercise to 3 to 4 minutes. If you want, you can also do this by taking water bottles in both the hands.
