I thought I would be fine in a while, but my stomach is still hurting. I can’t come to office. Give me leave for today. On this the owner of the saloon said that you should not come to the office from tomorrow. You are being fired.
Court fined the salon
Ruling in favor of the woman, the court said that the method of firing Thorely was wrong. The court believed that the woman was really ill. He didn’t make excuses for the leave. If the boss had prior apprehensions, he should have warned the woman about this, but he did not do so. Therefore, the salon will have to pay Rs 3.43 lakh as compensation to the woman.
