Ludhiana A migrant pregnant woman was found suffering under suspicious circumstances in the park of Gurdwara Nanaksar Sahib in town Jagraon. Due to bad condition, the woman gave birth in the park itself. The condition of the woman was so bad that Baba Lakha Singh, head of the Nanaksar sect, immediately called an ambulance. The woman died on reaching the hospital.
Seeing the woman’s condition deteriorating, she was immediately admitted to Civil Hospital Jagraon along with the child. Seeing that the condition was not improving, the doctors referred the parents to Civil Hospital Ludhiana, but the woman died in Ludhiana. The woman also spoke to the doctors before she died. The woman gave her name as Chanda. His mother’s name is Rulia Devi and father’s name is Ram Pavitra. She was unable to say under what circumstances she reached Jagrao. The body has been kept in the mortuary of Civil Hospital Jagraon for 72 hours due to the waiting and search of the relatives of the deceased Chanda.
The newborn baby is healthy. Who has been kept in Ludhiana Jacha-Bachcha Hospital. In the absence of any trace of Chanda’s family members, the police will cremate the body with the support of the municipal council and social service organizations. After the child is discharged from the hospital, he will be sent to a child care home on the orders of the authorities.
