Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Curd – half cup
Salt – as per taste
– Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
– Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – half teaspoon
Garlic finely chopped – 2 cloves
– Cinnamon – 1 piece
Cloves – 3
Cardamom – 2
Tomato – 1 cup (pulp)
– Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Green chili – 1 (chopped)
– Green coriander chopped – 2 teaspoons
Onion finely chopped – 1
Ghee – 1 tsp

These things are needed to make Veg Soya Keema-
1. To make Veg Soya Keema Recipe, first boil the soya chunks well.
2. Now add a little salt to the boiled soya chunks.
3. When salt is mixed in soya chunks and it becomes soft, then turn off the gas.
4. Now take out the soya chunks and grind them in a mixer.
5- Now heat oil in a pan or wok, add cumin seeds and let it cook a little.
6- When the spices are cooked well, add garlic, chili, onion to it and let it cook well in the spice paste.
7- Now add ginger paste to this spice.
8- When the spices are cooked well in the pan, add tomatoes to it.
9- Now mix the necessary spices in this paste and let it cook on low flame.
10- When oil starts coming out from the spices of the pan, add soya chunks to it and add curd on top of it. Now add salt according to your taste.
