Jagdeep Singh invited Kapil and Manish Parmar from Rajasthan to Punjab to carry out the incidents and also provided them with weapons. Both the accused are from Moga and Jagraon the incident were about to execute Kapil and Manish Parmar were waiting for their accomplices to carry out an incident in village Dhudike.
