Tripura Election 2023: At least 21 people have been arrested in 18 incidents of election violence in Tripura since Thursday. Giving information, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Gitte Kirankumar Dinkarrao said that in the elections held on February 16, there was 89.95 percent voting in the state. He said that so far 18 incidents of election violence have been registered and accordingly an FIR has been registered by the police. A total of 21 people were arrested for their alleged involvement in the violence, while over 150 people were given notices.
