According to the information, the weakening of El Nino is being seen in the Mediterranean Pacific Ocean. This is usually detrimental to rainfall as El Nino occurs during monsoons. It also causes drought.

Most parts may be drier than normal

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast, most parts of the country may experience drier than normal conditions in August and September. In such a situation, it is believed that there is a possibility of normal or low rainfall in August and September across the country. Many parts of South, West, North-West and Central India may receive less than normal rainfall during these two months.

There may be an increase in temperature

The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) had predicted El Nino weather on July 4, but almost a month later the situation is different. In such a situation, the Indian Meteorological Department has made a new forecast. According to the information, due to lack of rain, temperature may rise in many parts of the country day and night. Due to which the problem will increase due to humus heat. On the other hand, nights will remain warm in most parts of the country except parts of northwest India.
