Poshan Tracker application facilitates monitoring and tracking of all Anganwadi centers, Anganwadi workers and beneficiaries on defined indicators. Technology under Poshan Tracker is being leveraged for dynamic identification of malnutrition in children. The mobile application has also facilitated digitization and automation of physical registers used by Anganwadi workers which helps in improving the quality of their work.

November data shows 202310.01 crore registered beneficiaries which include children aged 0 to 6 years, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Apart from this, 22.70 lakh adolescent girls in the age group of 14-18 years from North-East states and Akanshi districts are also registered as beneficiaries. According to Poshan Tracker, obesity is 6 percent which is much lower than the level of 5.3 in NFHS 19.
