Punjab government has reinstated the suspended principal. The Principal of Government Senior Secondary School Phase 11 was suspended after being arrested by Vigilance. Padding has now been restored on inquiry.
Mrs. Paramjit Kaur Principal Government Senior Secondary School Phase-11, S.A.S. Nagar Mohali was arrested by Vigilance Department on 17-07-2023. Therefore, as per Rule 4(2)(a) of the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970, Government Order SED-EDU4011/14/2020-1EDU4/I/608148/2023 vide 27-07-2023 Principal Govt.Sr. Secondary School Phase-11, S.A.S. Nagar Mohali was suspended from Government service from the date of arrest i.e. 17-07-2023. By order dated 03-08-2023 by the honorable court, the officer was released on regular bail.
2. Now while restoring the authority pending enquiry, he is posted as Principal at Government Senior Secondary School, Kartarpur, District Rupnagar and along with this additional duty. Posted at Director SCRT, Punjab.
