THE ideal candidate will contribute to the coordination of the technical work required for the production of SNFCC events in collaboration with production companies or departments of the organization, with the aim of their proper and safe organization within schedule and budget.
Description of the position
The person selected will have main duties and key responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Technical Production Manager for monitoring the necessary technical work for each event/production.
- Cooperation with all parties involved for the smooth running of the events.
- Collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical Coordinators for overall event support.
- Supervise scheduled work and coordinate crews.
- Cover night shifts, weekendsholidays and, according to proson, as SNFCC security personnel during performances or events as scheduled by the department.
- Preparation of reports, presentations, statistics.
- Participation in working groups and committees.
The necessary and desirable qualifications
The necessary qualifications that candidates must have are the following:
- Technological Education in the direction of Electrician/Mechanical Technologist or other similar technical specialty.
- Proven experience in relevant organizations of at least 5 years, preferably in a related field.
- Good knowledge of Greek and English (Level B2) in the spoken and written language.
- Excellent use of MS Office
The required skills and desirable characteristics that candidates must have are the following:

- Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize under pressure
- Ability to deal with unforeseen situations with the ability to develop initiatives
- Work in a team environment
- Flexibility in working hours.
