Jalandhar By-Election Result 2023: Senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party and Finance Minister of Punjab Government Harpal Singh Cheema has expressed his happiness over the historic victory of Aam Aadmi Party candidate Sushil Kumar Rinku in the Jalandhar Lok Sabha by-election and thanked the people of Jalandhar for this victory.
Addressing the media in Jalandhar after the results on Saturday, Harpal Singh Cheema said that the people of Jalandhar have sealed the work of the AAP government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann by winning Sushil Rinku. People voted on the basis of Mohalla Clinic, School of Eminence, 300 units of free electricity and corruption free governance built by AAP government during last one year.

Finance Minister Harpal Cheema along with Punjab Cabinet Minister Brahm Shankar Jimpa, Harbhajan Singh ETO, Harjot Bains, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, AAP Punjab General Secretary Harchand Singh Burst, AAP MLA Sheetal Angural, Raman Arora, Manwinder Singh Giaspura, Sherry Kalsi, DCP Balkar Singh, Inderjit Kaur Mann, Jalandhar district president Amritpal Singh, AAP leader and district planning board chairman Mangal Singh and Milkfed chairman Narinder Singh Shergill were present.
Attacking the opposition parties, Cheema said that the leaders of Congress, Akali Dal and BJP played bad politics during the election campaign, made various false accusations against us and tried to defame us through debates, but the people of Jalandhar accepted them. Rejecting the negative politics of Aam Aadmi Party, he chose the politics of work.
