The next step towards ‘Mission Karmayogi’, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the National Training Summit

pm modi: QPrime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the first-ever ‘National Training Summit’ at the International Exhibition and Convention Center at Pragati Maidan in Delhi on Sunday at 10:30 am. On this occasion, PM Modi will also address the gathering. The Prime Minister wants to reform the governance process and policy. For this, ‘Mission Karmayogi’ has also been started. To improve policy and governance, it is essential that civil servants are better trained and upskilled.

Hosted by Capacity Building Commission
According to a release from the PMO, the National Training Conference is being hosted by the Capacity Building Commission with an aim to promote collaboration among civil services training institutes and strengthen training infrastructure for civil servants across the country.

Experts from the private sector will also participate in the discussions.
More than 1500 delegates from training institutes including central training institutes, state administrative training institutes, regional training institutes and research institutes will participate in the conference. Civil servants from central government departments, state governments and local governments as well as experts from the private sector will participate in the discussions. The challenges and opportunities available will be discussed on this occasion. The summit will feature eight-panel discussions, each of which will touch on key issues related to civil services training institutions.
