Bureau report : A newborn baby girl has been found in a shop in village Shahpur located in Amloh of Fatehgarh Sahib. Someone had escaped leaving the girl on the counter outside the shop. Currently, the girl has been admitted to the civil hospital by the shop owner. Darshana Kaur, the mother of the shop owner, said that a shopkeeper called her and told her that a girl is crying on the counter of your shop. They immediately went to the spot and saw that someone had left the newborn baby girl on the counter.

Darshana Kaur works in Shahpur village. Their son runs a shop and has 3 children. But despite this, Darshana Kaur said that she is ready to take care of the child. Amloh SHO Randeep Kumar said that the police are checking the CCTV installed in the area. It is being ascertained who left the girl outside the shop. Records are being checked from surrounding hospitals.
