PM Modi Inaugurates New Parliament Building: Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the new Parliament building on Sunday, May 28. Many opposition parties opposed this inaugural program and boycotted this program. Adhyayanam Saints of Tamil Nadu performed the ceremony with full rituals.

Prime Minister Modi and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla sat in the puja. After the religious ceremonies, the sevadar saints handed over the sengol to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which was installed in the new Parliament building. Sarvadharam prayer was organized after PM Modi installed the cengol in the new Parliament. Guru Sahibs and people belonging to different religions offered Sarbdharam Ardas.

Havan was offered for the inauguration of the new Parliament building. Amid chanting of mantras, PM Modi participated in the puja program with full formality. Meanwhile, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla also sat with him in the havan-puja for the inauguration of the new Parliament building. This Havan-Pooja program lasted for about an hour. The Havan ceremony concluded with the chanting of an Adhyanam Sant from Tamil Nadu.

Meanwhile, the entire cabinet of the Modi government including Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla was present along with PM Modi. Along with this, Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled states were also present in this program. Religious leaders of various faiths offered their prayers at the Sarvadharam Pratyana Sabha in the new Parliament.

Religious leaders of many religions including Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Parsi, Muslim, Sikh, Sanatan prayed in the all-religious prayer. On the occasion of the inauguration of the new Parliament, religious leaders and scholars of all religions performed ceremonies according to their respective norms. Meanwhile, all the leaders involved in the program including PM Modi listened to the prayers.
