The news of a terrible road accident has come to light in Srinagar. According to information, a cab carrying a group of tourists from Leh to Srinagar fell off the hilly highway on Tuesday. Due to which 5 people died and three others were injured. The officials gave this information. He said that the tourists were from Kerala.
The accident took place on the Srinagar-Leh National Highway in Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir. According to officials, the car driver lost control of the vehicle after skidding on a snow-covered area at a bend near Zojila Pass.
The car driver also died in the accident. He said that the injured have been admitted to Sonmarg Primary Health Center and one of them has been referred to the hospital here for special treatment.
