The report said that only 26% of the consumers said that they are getting better network of mobile services. In this, 5% people have said that the network is good at their office or place of work.

Apart from this, 20% of the users face connectivity issues and almost 50% of the users have problems with voice calls. according to the report Telecom Regulatory Authority of India A meeting was held on February 17 in which mobile operators were included. In this, the wireline and wireless services provided to the users were discussed. In this, the emphasis was on how to improve 5G services.

The survey was also shared with TRAI by LocalCircles, it said. According to which, only 16% of mobile subscribers have said that after switching to 5G network, they have got better calling experience and reduced drop issues. Same, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India says that it will take time to develop 5G infrastructure and after that it will get better by 15 to 20 times.
