How to make Shrikhand
Shrikhand is a traditional Indian sweet dish and it is not too difficult to make. To make Tasty Shrikhand on Holi, first take curd. To prepare Shrikhand, it is necessary to remove all the water from the curd. For this, shift the curd in a muslin cloth. For this, first spread the cloth over a strainer or a deep-bottomed utensil and then put curd on top and cover the cloth from all sides. After this, squeeze the cloth and tie it tightly.

By doing this, most of the curd’s water will come out in one go. After this, hang the curd cloth on a high place and leave it for 7-8 hours. This will remove all the water present in the curd. Now take out the drained curd in a vessel and whisk it well for 5 minutes. Now add saffron, cardamom powder and sugar as per taste and mix it well and beat it again.
