Supreme Court Collegium recommends appointment to Gujarat and Guwahati High Courts

New Delhi, Chief Justice Justice D.Y. Chandrachud The Supreme Court Collegium, headed by K.K., has recommended the names of five judicial officers and two lawyers for appointment as judges in the Gujarat High Court.

There itself, Supreme Court The collegium has recommended the name of senior advocate ‘Kardak Ate’, who belongs to the Scheduled Tribe community, for appointment as a judge in the Gauhati High Court.

Justice Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice K. M. Joseph’s Collegium has recommended judicial officers- Suzanne Valentine Pinto, Hasmukhbhai Dalsukhbhai Sutar, Jitendra Champaklal Doshi, Mangesh Rameshchandra Mangde and Divyeshkumar Amrutlal Joshi and advocates- Deven Mahendrabhai Desai and Moksha Kiran Thakkar for appointment as judges in the Gujarat High Court. Names are recommended.
