A shocking case has come to light from Zirakpur. A student died suddenly while playing basketball in a private school here. The deceased student has been identified as Shubham (14). It is being said that the accident occurred when the student suffered a neck fracture due to a fall.
Giving information about the matter, the school management said that the student was playing basketball with his brother in the school when the accident took place. Shubham suddenly faints while playing. The incident is said to have taken place on Tuesday at 9 am. After the incident, the school management asked Shubham's father Naveen Garg, a resident of AKS. Colony, Zirakpur notified.

Shubham's father Naveen Garg reached the spot and admitted Shubham to a private hospital. The doctors referred him to GMCH-32, where he was declared brought dead. This incident has been captured in CCTV. Investigating officer Chamkaur Singh said that action has been taken under section 174 after conducting a post-mortem on the statements of the deceased's father.
