The Punjab government has extended an open invitation to the people of the state for an open debate between Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and all other political parties to be held at Ludhiana on November 1. CM Mann has named this debate Main Punjab Bolda Haan. Dr. Manmohan Singh Auditorium of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) has been booked by Punjab Government for this debate. The seating capacity of this auditorium is around 1000 people.

Strict security arrangements have been made in the city of Ludhiana in view of the participation of the Chief Minister and all the ministers in addition to the senior leaders of the opposition in the debate. According to sources, the auditorium can seat 1000 people but only 800 people can be accommodated due to the presence of many VVIPs.

At the government level, apart from Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, only Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Pratap Singh Bajwa, Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Waring, Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Badal and Punjab BJP It is reported that President Sunil Jakhar will be seated on the stage in the auditorium.
