Sidhu Moosewala’s real name was Shubdeep Singh Sidhu, who started learning hip-hop music in the 6th class. It was voiced by singer Ninja. This song was a hit after which people started to know Sidhu Moosewala as a reporter. Sidhu’s first song ‘G Wagon’ was released in 2017. However, he got recognition from the song ‘So High’. He started live shows in India in 2018 and has done many shows all over the world including Canada. In 2018, his famous song ‘Fames’ was released. Due to which he got an entry in the Top 40 UK Asia Chart.
Tried his hand in acting but did not get success
After becoming famous in singing, Sidhu appeared in 2 films ‘SIM Student’ and ‘Teri Meri Jodi’ by Moosewala. However, these films could not earn well at the box office. He also announced 2-3 films. But they could not be released. Similarly, he also entered politics. Joined the Congress just before the 2022 assembly elections and contested on the party’s ticket from Mansa but could not win.
