Solapur Murder | Maharashtra: Three women crushed to death with stones in Solapur district, accused arrested

Mumbai: Three women of the same family were murdered on Tuesday evening in Mangalvedha town of Solapur district in south-western Maharashtra. Police gave this information.

An officer said that a mentally challenged person has been taken into custody. As per preliminary information, three women of a family were found with their heads crushed by stones in Lavate locality of Nandeshwar village, he said.

The police have sent the bodies for post-mortem and senior officials are present at the spot, the official said.
