Delhi court takes cognizance of charge sheet in Shraddha murder case
A Delhi court on Tuesday took cognizance of the chargesheet filed by the Delhi Police against Aftab Amin Poonawalla in the Shraddha murder case. The police had filed a 6,629-page chargesheet on January 24. The court listed the matter for February 21 to look into the charge sheet.
Accused Aftab had cut the dead body into 35 pieces after killing Shraddha
Aftab Poonawalla (28) had allegedly killed his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar, cut her body into 35 pieces and dumped them in different parts of the national capital. He was arrested on 12 November.
