Due to these two reasons, there is pressure on the shares again.

1. Adani Group has pledged shares of its two companies Adani Transmission and Adani Green Energy with SBICAP Trustee. Adani Group has had to do this to support the loans of Adani Enterprises. As per the regulatory filing, 0.99% of Adani Transmission and 0.76% of Adani Green Energy are pledged. As per the current market price, these shares are worth around Rs 1700 crore. Due to this, pressure is being seen on the shares of many group companies today. Let us tell you that in recent times, Adani Group has redeemed the shares of many companies by repaying the loan ahead of time.

2. Apart from this, NSE has placed Adani Enterprises, Adani Power and Adani Wilmar in the Short-Term Additional Surveillance Mechanism Framework (Special Monitoring) from Thursday. Its negative impact has also been seen on the stock of group companies. Recently, NSE and BSE had taken Adani Enterprises out of the short-term Additional Surveillance Measures (ASM) framework.
