Salman Khan rented the property for 60 months, will collect 1 crore rent every month

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has rented out his commercial property in Mumbai’s Santa Cruz area for 60 months.

Salman has leased this property spread over 2,140.71 square meters to Landcroft Retail Private Limited. The company has given Salman Rs 5.4 crore as deposit. The property comprises ground floor, ground floor, first and second floor.

1 crore is being charged as rent
Earlier this property was next to Future Group’s food hall. The place was famous for its extensive food varieties as well as famous shopping. Celebrities like Deepika Padkone, Sara Ali Khan and Disha Patani were usually spotted here.

Recently, after the group fell into debt, Salman rented out a food square to it. For this they are charging Rs 1 crore every month.

In 2012, he bought a property worth Rs 120 crore
Salman himself bought this property in 2012 for around 120 crore rupees only for business purposes. In July 2017, he leased it to a food hall. In this deal, the rent was fixed at Rs 80 lakh per month for 5 years.

After this 5-year deal, Salman extended the deal with the group for two more years. In this deal, the rent for the first year was fixed at Rs 89.60 lakh per month and the rent for the second year was fixed at Rs 94.08 lakh per month. After this, Salman terminated this agreement in March this year.

Now this place has been taken by Landcroft Retail. The same company also runs the Food Square chain. The company will give Salman a monthly rent of Rs 1 crore for this prime space.

Tiger-3 will release on Diwali
On the work front, Salman will soon be seen in Tiger 3 with Katrina Kaif. YRF is going to announce it soon. This will be the third film in Salman’s superhit Tiger series which is slated to release on Diwali this year.
