Ingredients for making roti samosas
Leftover Rotis – 4
Boiled potatoes – 2-3
Chickpea flour – 3 tbsp
Green chillies chopped – 2
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Kalonji – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste

Prepare the masala like this to make samosas
First, mash the boiled potatoes well. Now add oil in a pan. Now add fennel seeds and green chillies and fry for few seconds. After this, add the mashed potatoes to the pan and fry while stirring well. Fry well for few minutes.

Now add all the spices and salt as per taste and mix well. Add plenty of chopped green coriander on it. Now let it cool.

Roti Samosa Recipe
First prepare a thick batter of besan. Now cut the bread in half. Now take one piece and make a cone out of it and fill it with aloo masala. Shape it into a samosa and stick it with gram flour. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry them. Serve it hot with chutney.
