What is Odd-Even?

According to odd-even, trains whose numbers end with 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 run on one day, while trains with numbers 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 run on another day. This rule applies to both petrol and diesel vehicles. CNG vehicles are exempted from this. Trains numbered 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 will run in Delhi on November 13, 15, 17 and 19. While trains numbered 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 will be able to run on 14, 16, 18 and 20 November. Certain people are also exempted under this rule.

Other governments are also taking steps

The Aam Aadmi Party says that only Delhi and Punjab governments are taking steps regarding pollution. Haryana is not serious about it. Aam Aadmi Party National Spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar said during the press conference that Arvind Kejriwal is the only leader who takes short-term and long-term steps on pollution.

There has been a 31 percent reduction in pollution in Delhi

Priyanka Kakkar said that there has been a 31 percent reduction in pollution in Delhi and the Center has also accepted this. CAQM reports that stubble burning has reduced by 52-67 percent in Punjab. He said that the stubble burning work in Punjab is about 500 km away from here and the stubble burning work in Haryana is 100 km away.
