Due to lack of facts, this case has been ordered to be dismissed. Now the Jalandhar rural police will soon cancel this case.
Let us tell you that this case was registered on March 17 in Patara police station of Jalandhar. A clause for hurting religious sentiments was added to the case. After this, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh filed a petition in the High Court and appealed to cancel the FIR registered against him regarding a satsang.
The matter reached the High Court
A few days after the case was registered, Ram Rahim knocked on the door of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. High Court After hearing all the parties, said that there is no clear evidence of any intention or deliberate action taken by the petitioner while campaigning in this case to hurt the sentiments of any person or community. The Court has disposed of the relevant petition rejecting the proceedings related to the matter.
