A high-level delegation will be sent to Indore today by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee to hold talks with the local Sikhs and leaders of the Sindhi society regarding the issue of Sindhi society. This decision has been taken during the meeting of Dharma Prachar Committee. After the gathering, Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami said that in the past, there was a case of some people carrying the effigies of Sri Guru Granth Sahib from the homes of Sindhi Sikh families and the shrines established by them in Indore, the seriousness of which was brought to light. Seeing that the Shiromani Committee has been sober since day one. Although campaigners working at the local level were sent to the spot, a high-level delegation of the Shiromani Committee is now being sent to Indore on a two-day visit on January 29 to resolve the matter.

Advocate Dhami said that the members of the International Sikh Advisory Board formed by the Internag Committee yesterday have been increased according to the recommendations of the Dharma Prachar Committee. He said that earlier its 13 members were announced, in which 6 members have been added to make it 19 members. Advocate Dhami gave information about setting up camps in every constituency under the signature campaign for the release of captive Singhs and said that this work is being done through preachers.
