What challenges did you have to go through in this journey?

I believe that achievement and hardwork is like a cycle, which goes on and on and has no end. challenges in every field comes in The biggest challenge as an entrepreneur is how to execute your idea. Actually, whatever the job may be. Hard work is needed.

If we keep our eyes on our goal all the time, then we will easily be able to achieve it. Teamwork is very important and consistency plays an important role in this. What is that one thing in your life that motivates you to move forward at all times?

The credit for this goes to my parents. He inspired both of us sisters to move forward. assured us that nothing is difficult Is. With this thought, we started moving forward. In no time, it became a part of our lifestyle. My mother was a school principal and she has always been my role model.

After his departure, I got full support from my father. Apart from this, my husband and father in law have also given full cooperation in the work. Dr. Pallavi says that we always get energy from the ecosystem around us. Which pushes us to move forward. I want to be a role model for my children too.

How did you think of leaving a ten year engineering career and joining the family business after marriage?

Dr. Pallavi tells that she and her husband were marketing professionals. After marriage, she along with her husband decided to take forward their family business. Leaving the corporate life, he decided to take forward his father in law’s 45 years old education business.

How to manage both workplace and home.

Covid has taught us that working does not necessarily require a particular workplace. You can work sitting anywhere. Post Covid our society has now learned how to manage your work.
