Aam Aadmi Party MP in case of suspension from Rajya Sabha Raghav Chadha (Raghav Chadha) has been asked by the Supreme Court to apologize. The Supreme Court has said that amnesty is the appropriate way to resolve this matter. The court said Raghav Chadha should first meet the Rajya Sabha chairman and apologize in writing, after which the chairman would consider withdrawing his suspension.
After the court’s order, Raghav Chadha’s lawyer said that Raghav Chadha is ready to tender an unconditional apology to the chairman. During the hearing in the court, it was also told that AAP MP Raghav Chadha had no intention to attack the dignity of the House in this whole matter.

During the hearing Supreme Court was assured that Raghav Chadha would meet the Chairman and tender an unconditional apology in writing. Thereafter it will be sympathetically considered in the background of the facts and circumstances of the House. After giving directions in the entire case, the Supreme Court has said that the next hearing in this case will be held after Diwali.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court was also told that Raghav Chadha is the youngest member of the prestigious House. Raghav Chadha knocked on the Supreme Court’s door after being suspended indefinitely from the Rajya Sabha. Raghav Chadha had said that there is no case of violation of privilege against him.
