Punjabi youth shot dead in California: The news has been received that Praveen, a 27-year-old youth of Aalo Bhatti village under Mukerian of Hoshiarpur, was shot dead in a store in Victor Valley, California, USA.

Giving information, Sooram Singh, uncle of the deceased Praveen Kumar, said that he has two nephews and both of them work in the same place in America. It has been 7 years since Praveen went to America and the younger son went to America only three months ago. Suram Singh said that while giving information to him on the phone, his younger nephew told that Praveen was shot and killed last night. demanded money and goods, after which when he resisted, he fired at Praveen, killing him and leaving Praveen an elderly man.

Praveen’s father died in 2015. The said family has demanded from the Indian government that the body of the deceased Praveen be brought to India so that they can cremate their child according to Indian customs.
